Description

Went to the So Cal. Renaissance Pleasure Faire last weekend. Been a few years since we have been there. Had a great time with the wife and some great new friends. Warm weather, cold drinks and many laughs. This is one subject there at the faire I really loved to shoot Took about 12 shots of her). So unique with that great body paint. And she really worked the character perfectly. In this shot she was sitting high up on a booth which made for a great portrait imo, with the sky only behind her. Her friend with a completely different body paint I will post later this week. Thanks for taking a look and any comments/crits. -Bruce PS after looking at it a bit more, I decided to do a touch more postwork to it. Some skin smoothing and BCI.

Wonderful photo! The trouble with all these festivals is the lack of clean backgrounds, but this is marvellous. At least you didn't have to pop her in the fridge for a bit first.....
