Description

So, I had been in the blind for about 3 hours at this point. The peace and quite here is wonderful. The male wood ducks are starting to molt now. I am attempting to capture as many shots as possible. This male had only been there about 15 minutes. He was just starting to calm down and move into the area I could see clearly. This is where modern life collides with nature. My cell phone chose that second to ring. Loudly. Lesson number one--Turn off the #*@#!*^#)@&%!!! cell phone before getting into the blind. The picture taking was over for the day. I am going to have to work on these action shots.
