Description
Well, this is the guys at 11 weeks. As I said in the last post, they have been very restless. It has been very warm here. The chicks with their dark feathers have not been happy. You can see that the one at the top is holding his wings away from his body. They have shown signs of being too warm for the last 4 weeks. This was taken at 11 weeks. For the first time in 6 years, the chicks left the nest at 11 weeks, not 12 weeks. They left the day after I took this. So this year is over and I turn my attention to other wildlife.
