Description
Lookin' good!
Captured, not at the Renaissance Faire held at the Santa Fe Dam Recreation Area in Irwindale last month, but the one held back on 11/7/10, at the Felicita County Park, 742, in Escondido, California. This was the first Faire I ever attended, and was nowhere as crowded as the recent Irwindale show.
After yesterday's Salome, I recalled posting the one above back around 2010 or 2011, which is a bit similar to yesterday's, but there are a bunch of new viewers since those past years, so I'm putting it up again for all to admire and savor.
This seductive temptress was so demure, amiable and cooperative, I couldn't resist snapping her in all of her glory. She didn't do any dancing at the Faire, but made up for it in other ways. I know Denise is going to poke fun at me on this one, and I'm guilty of all charges.
ZOOM at your own risk.
Au revoir.

LOL Harry! I would never make fun of you, no matter how guilty you might be. Wonderful portrait of this sweetly smiling young lady. I can see how many men could be charmed into indiscretion!

A very full facial expression, and her turning her face to a side gives mystery and invitation to her gaze. Studio photographers will ask their subjects to do that, to get just that---mystery and invitation. It's very well posed, Harry, and very clear. A fine faire portrait, and the light on her is just right. You had a good eye for portraiture back in 2010, just as you do now. And the two men in the background, though faded, 'frame' her. Fine portrait work in what I assume is not easy portrait-conditions. Real clarity and vividness.
