Description
A bit of whimsy, captured back on 2/26/10, early morning, I know not where.
I often go back into my old files and seek out gems like this.
ZOOM worthy.
Have a nice day.

Whenever I see "Bail Bonds" in LA, I think of "Midnight Run," where DiNiro is bringing a criminal to a Bail Bondsman in LA. ("You coulda WALKED him here, and he'd have gotten here faster, Jack!") But they didn't have trucks like this. It's a fine shot for the hues and the contrasts---a very clear shot. And again, your composition of the truck is perfectly centered, w/ equal space on either end (to the frame). And well set off from the fine grain of the pavement, and lined with the rooftop behind it. But it's also a fine shot for the subject material, ferreting out sights like this in your backyard. Just a fine piece of capture, and lots of fun; and a striking visual too. (I like that they give the numbers under the word "BAIL"---not a small thing when you've stumbled all over the keypad trying to find the right numbers.) Very vivid. Very strong.
