Sometimes an absence is much more present than who is there, just like a silence could be heard more than a noise

Perhaps even more so when someone showed up, perhaps with turmoil at being there on their mind and now they are gone. The wine glass indicates someone was there, and the dog is checking out their leaving. Meanwhile the dancers deliberately look away from the empty chair, pretending that they do not notice the abscence, but their exagerated actions betry them even more. The empty frame suggests that even prior to "his" arrival they had already removed the person from their group.

Incredibly unique style as always! The empty frame on the wall is very telling and touching. Very, very compelling choice having the dog walking away into the hallway as well as the drink on the floor next to the empty chair. Magnificent and thought-provoking details!
