Reed and Skylar sleep in till about 9:30 the next morning. Skylar is the first to wake up. After doing his morning toilet, he feels clear headed enough to call Jessie. It isn't long befor the two of them are in animated conversation. Skylar tells Jessie all the details of the previous night, even to Eleanor's strange behavior, according to Leon, the car thief. Skylar's voice lets Jessie know that he is quite skeptical of Leon's claims. 'Well, now for Eleanor's secrets.' says Jessie. 'After I purchased her, I started tweaking her to my own tastes. I added the Eleanor package obviously. Then I had the engine and transmission blueprinted. I hired a genius to go through the electronics. He installed many enhancements to Eleanor's computer. You could almost say she is self aware. Sometimes, I almost think that myself. I have given her face and character recognition abilities. I beamed both yours and Reeds characteristics, profiles and features to Eleanor just before I took you out to see her. If stranger, lets your little friend Leon, were to get into her, she would not recognize him. She might decide to play with him as she did in this case since she saw him with you guys earlier in the day. But it didn't take her long to figure out what he wanted to do with her. That is when she did indeed take over. I also have a tracking device on her and a special shut down feature I can activate with my smartphone. I will give you those codes after we hang up in case you run into any further trouble.' Skylar is indeed shocked at how sophisticated Eleanor is. He never dreamed a lot of that technology was possible yet but only a dream of science fiction. He and Jessie visit some more. They discuss what is to become of Leon, poor kid. But he did admit to trying to steal Eleanor. Then Jessie asks to talk to Reed. They talk more about business and what kinds of prospects there are to further Skylar's career in modeling. Jessie tells Reed that he has a friend in Tucson that could use a model of Skylar's abilities. Would the be interested. He might even want Reed for some of his project, if Reed were willing to do a screen test. Reed tells him he will talk it over with Skylar and let him know before they leave for Tucson. After their visit with Jessie, the guys finish dressing and load their luggage into Eleanor. They are both famished. 'After we check out of here, What shall we do for breakfast?' asks Reed. 'Do you think we dare go over to Leon's mother's cafe?' 'You know, I was thinking about that.' says Skylar. 'I think we at least owe Rose a visit to tell her what happened last night. Lets go over there right away and see if she has heard from Leon yet. If she hasn't it might be best to hear it from us first.' 'Okay, buddy.
