Hi Everyone, it has been a while since I have been here, I hope you are all ok. Thanks so much for your support of my last upload 'A Lynx and a Butterfly' it is so appreciated. This one is for you Dave (magnus073) at this trying time, love to you and your family. hugs to everyone here, thank you for sparing the time to view my gallery, Jane xx This portrait of a Tiger is a painting that I have kept going back to you over time. I am always trying hard to get as realistic as possible when I paint my animals and this one bugged me because I was never entirely happy with it, but now I do feel happier since working on the eyes, and the muzzle. Well I say happier :D and that is for now, I will probably look at it again in the future and want to start tweaking yet again! Well I hope you enjoy looking at this tiger, they are the most beautiful of creatures and I really do hope that I have done this proud tiger justice.

I don't know Jane, your work is as close to perfection as a human can get, it's so realistic, so beautiful, so amazing. I just don't see what there is to improve. Every hair on this tiger is perfect, polished to a sheen, just like a real young healthy tiger would look. Look at those teeth, and the mouth .. you've gotten each detail so right, gosh this is so beautiful! Look at those eyes, they are totally alive, and the nose .. I just can't get over the beauty of your work!
