Hi, I am Barbara and live in Lincolnshire. I love nothing better than walking with my 3 dogs, (Large Munsterlanders) and taking the camera along. Iam afraid my photographic skills are not very good, I just point and click & hope for the best. Sometimes I do take some nice shots!!
I have lived with this breed since 1986, before that I had border collies. I was told when getting my first Munster, Jenna, I would become addicted and I sure was, owning 7 of this breed over the years.
Although Munsters are a working gundog, afraid I couldn't shoot anything, so we do other things like, showing, obedience and heelwork to music.
The girls are all different & I hope to show that in their pictures.
I would like to thank my good friend Janeeden for persuading me to get started.
Video's & songs for the girls can be seen on www.jendellas.com

The divine Miss Meadow looks great and lets hope that she mends up nicely! Thanks for the update on the fleas and ticks. Because there are so many deer around here - ticks are a big problem.

Hi Meadow! Heal up soon:)

Ticks have become a big problem here, and I do use stuff on Leya. The ticks here carry several diseases, and it's always a worry. As a rule, I did't use it on the other dogs, only when it was a bad summer for fleas. The product I use also protects against biting flies, and when Leya got bit by what we call a deer fly, and it got infected, she had to me on antibiotics, so I decided maybe I would have to use the horrid stuff on her on this summer. I think ticks will be a problem too this summer. One somtimes has to choose between the lesser of evils. I used to use garlic tablets for the First Dog, and mostly it worked well. Not so much though for the dogs that came after.
