Description
OMG, shades of the chariot races in the 1959 movie, Ben Hur, starring Charlton Heston.
I encounter the weirdest things.
Captured 7/18/14, off of a huge semi sitting in a nearby parking lot. All of its wheels sported these gleaming sharp weapons, aka lug nuts, connecting the rims to the wheels. Give me a break. Just like in the movie, the trucker can sadistically chew up the tires and wheels of vehicles on both sides of him as he roars down the road.

Harry, this is a very cool looking capture and also reminds me of the Death Race series of movies as well.

Wonder how the Mechanic gets them off?????? My last trip I noticed some extra long lug nuts, but nothing like this!!!! Would definitely give this truck a wide berth Cool Capture!!!!

I'll bet they're quite expensive, too; hopefully they lock, because I can imagine thieves trying to steal these at every turn. Great capture of these deadly-looking trinkets!
