He said, "I think everyone in a position of authority should visit a huge redwood forest. It is a humbling experience! Somewhat like an ant lost among towering blades of grass on a golf course and not knowing if a golf ball may be heading its way to end its existance on earth! Even the tiny, lowly ant never acts for its own benefit but rather exerts all its efforts performing its designated role for the welfare of the social community in which it lives. Surely even more is expected of us humans who never know if an 'analogous golf ball' is heading our way - - - - now!"
