Description
Captured 4/27/14, at the beautiful Renaissance Faire, held at the beautiful Santa Fe Dam Recreation Area, in semi beautiful Irwindale, California.
What some parents will do to get rid of their kids for the day.
I wonder if this is what Lawrence Welk meant by the "bubble machine."
Because of the hazy effect created by the translucent plastic of the bubble rollers, the over-bright green of the pool, and the overriding contrast of it all, these are probably the worst photos I took at the Faire. I tried a variety of digifiddling tools to help compensate for the shortcomings. In any case, I'm including the pics to display more of the entertainment offered at the event. After all, if they had a giant beanstalk, why not this?

Looks like everyone is having a blast in those bubbles, Harry.

important in this magnificent series is to see all children happy navigate "miraculously" on the water in the pool ... and feel nice and dry, while moving inside these bubbles ! Your photos are a success in this direction!!!

I think you did very well on these shots, Harry; the kids look like they're having great fun. I once saw a performer in concert who did a song while bouncing around the stage in a big one of these. Very cool, and I'l love to give it a go!
