this is in Arizona. all the jets visible are to be scrapped . before on a flight to Vegas I was able to see hundreds of jets, but now there was only a few. all recycled the prop planes visible are for forest fires and belong to the military there for maintenance

They've 're-tasked' quite a few aeroplanes over the years, I remember photos of row upon row of aircraft, stretching off to the horizon. Great capture....

Nice find and photo - a shame there isn't a market for them - worth more as scrap that resale I guess.. The yellow ones are DHL jets and I think that they downsized in the US a few years ago!

Nice shot of the airport and it is a real shame that the planes must be scrapped. There is a rumor that there are a bunch of WW2 planes around here that were buried instead of scrapped.
