Hi, I'm Marilyn. Â I've been posting here on RR for a few years now and thought it was time to update my profile. Â It's been wonderful learning so much from the amazingly talented people here. Â I've had the chance to meet many in person and some have become great and good friends. Â Starting with a Kodak Brownie camera when I was about 7 or 8, moving up to Instamatics, Polaroids, then the Pentax K1000 that really got me on the way, I've been looking at the world thru a lens for a long time. Â Got the bug honestly; my dad was a photographer and gave me the gene!! Â Digital changed the world and I jumped in with both feet. Â You would've gone thru 100's of rolls of film in one day the way we can shoot and delete all day long. Â Progess...it can be awesome sometimes.
At any rate, RR rocks, the talent is over the top and I'm just gonna keep on shooting!!
Thanks for looking and keep those cameras rollin'!!
peace.....marilyn

Someone once said you can see God in the eyes of a dog. Well, there you go Marilyn. An outstanding image.

art-ella obviously doesn't know you. Of course it's real! :) What a great capture!

Snoopy? Reflections of the photographer as shown so vividly in a dog's eye. Cool contrast, Maz.

In the zoom it looks like one of you is holding a golf club! I'm not sure what that is, but it's great to see 2 of your in the dog's eye. I don't see the camera, but I do see the two of you. (If there's more than 2 of you, I lost the third person!) It's a très cool shot to take, people seen in the reflection of a dog's eye. And the dog taking up the whole frame too! Delightful shot. (And who's "art-ella"? Tara spoke of "art-ella". Did I miss something?) Id' have never associated a pit bull with "snoopy," but why not. I had a friend with a pit bull named "Abraham Lincoln" so snoopy is fine...
