I am so sorry I have not been around to comment on your wonderful work. My mother's home, that we are getting ready to sell as she passed away last year, flooded in that big Detroit area flood. There was sewage water three feet up the basement wall. We spent all last weekend and this week hauling out wet carpet and everything else that was waterlogged - which was everything in the basement. The whole suburbs were flooded. So now we have to get a plumber and a furnace man to check things out. It is not easy to get someone because so many homes were flooded.
Anyway, I will catch up tomorrow on comments!!! I promise!

Sorry to read about the trouble you have after the flood. Four years ago a pipe in my house burst on the top floor while I was away and everything was like a big bathtub. I hope you get along quickly. Never give up ... like your Ninja!! ;-)
