Description
In addition to about 500 exotic plants, the Bloedel Conservatory in Vancouver is home to about 200 birds who fly freely within it's dome. This is Monty, a very colorful princess parrot native to Australia. He was quite a character, who seemed very curious & spent most of the time we were there walking around on the floor following visitors. I took a bunch of photos of him on the floor, but liked this one of him sitting on a branch better...
