Hi everybody, This was my first image for the Beauty Pageant Contest. It came 5th. My second image came nowhere so I was not invited to display a final image. I completed the whole set anyway and you can see them all on my own site. The 'Talent' competition picture follows this post, so see what Nancy gets up to there.

What a great piece to just stumble upon! Delicious. I've always been a great fan of Paul Cadmus and his crowd scenes like "Coney Island". This has the flavor and verve of some of Paul's work. Your craftsmanship and attention to detail is truly inspiring. Great work.

This is so well done! I admire your patience in setting up so many figures for your scene. Also the variety of poses, each one carefully crafted - this reminds me in a way of a Norman Rockwell scene, in that it could be in any small town. I love the women, just normal girls, very beautiful. This is an exceptional piece of art!

Wonderful image, and nice to see some real, full figured curves on display. Nice touch on the expressions and poses on some of the other contestants faces, plus all the supporting cast of extra's. All adds to the strong composition, and believable atmosphere of the event you have created here. Excellent work!
