Description

Going Home was derived from the preset pack 'Dunes Mountain Road complete_V4' which is available at New World Digital Art (NWDA). The complete pack contains four varieties of paved and/or gravel road set ups that are real fun to work with. I recommend you give it a try. Only four vegetation models are used in the image; namely: • Walli's 'Lupines' wild flowers. • Dune's 'Heather' a low growing perennial shrub. • XFrog 'Redbud' small flowering tree. • Terragen 'Grass Clump' is included as part of its program. Additionally: • Dog model ...thanks Mark. Many thanks to Ulco for his coaching me through the process of achieving the conversion of uniform tracks into more of a well worn gravel road of hardpan; and, giving some erosion to the short slopes along either side of the road. Enjoy, Bob

This turned out Exceptionally Well! I do like the worn path look over the tire tracks much better. That is the way old roads around here look!! Hope the pup finds his way home. May have to call "Hope for Paws" to come find him. Super Work on this, Bob!!!

So realistic, you even have ruts in the road! I want to drive up that road. It would be even better if you put a few small rocks here and there in the road. A road with ruts always has a few. The dog looks thirsty. Excellent pose.

Thanks Pat, The gravel road has some small pebbles; but, you'd have to make a close up with the camera to see them.

As a whole, very, very nice but the road is just too much!!!! Love it. Now all I have to do is import one like that into DAZ (LOL). Oh well, we all have our issues (heavy sigh).
