thank you for stopping in my friends and visitors, hope your week is going well.
here is a few shots of our colorado balloon classic, most likely our last here, seems the city and balloonists are having a issue on things. most likely all about MONEY! it's a shame because the classic has been here for 20 yrs or more and always on labor day weekend for the three day event. no more water skimmings and nightglows and take offs from our local park. i will have a few more to share, i only took about a dozen shots. i only have a camera phone right now and not liking the quality of them. i used to have a great 35 mm Nikon SLR. but still hope you enjoy these shots and series.

your camera phone takes great shots.... Renderosity only allows so many pixels so one would never know this is from a phone camera... Have you been up in one of these? I think it's safer to sky dive - lol.... speaking of sky dive, they do it all the time into sports authority field at Mile High... they keep doing it I'm sure we'll read some day "man levels out group of beer drinkers and gets charged with alcohol abuse" lol

These are some great shots... I too use to have an old 35mm camera, back when I was in the Navy... but now everything is digital... had to get a new camera... I kind like the digital one better, I don't have to wait to get the film developed to see them.. I hope they straighten things out...

Beautiful shots, Steve! We have a hot-air balloon company in Holly, MI, and we see the balloons up all the time. They have a festival, too, but I missed it this year.
