Description
I've been spending a little time fine tuning my skin and other human materials settings in Octane Render for Carrara - I particularly like this image as you can clearly see the sub-surface scattering with the backlighting on her ear.
Thanks for looking, any suggestions and feedback welcomed.

lovely shadows sculpting her looks, the hair looks really good in the zoom too, though not sure if this is an extra plus of using Octane. I do wish image maps moved up to 8K though, as I think the skin quality would catch up to the eyes then, Radiz has a good example of this using a figure brought into Poser through zBrush and a doubled up skin map. Excellent work btw

Very cool. I have found that the face is the hardest part to get right. Elieneck posted an amazingly real image two days before this one. Do your faces have different settings than your bodies?

Essentially the same for the skin, but I might adjust the bump amount or other parameters a little depending on the maps used.
