Description
I tried to make a waterspout but I can't get the water to look right. If I have any luck, I will post a waterspout version.

See if any of these help: 1) use a terrain with reverse-wavy land (peaky?) - small peaks, and lots of them everywhere 2) use waterworks plugin with height ripples 3) try adding a little haze - the horizon seems too clear 4) use the so-pack plugin and add a texture map over the whole terrain

Great concept! For lightning, I suggest a program called Xenofex.

I also suggest another solution for the lightning... It looks very unnatural to me... The rest of the picture looks god though!
