Hi and welcome to my 'Rosity homepage!
It's now 2023 and I'm still kicking around LOL. New computer so once I get some software I may come to play again.
My gallery is mostly dormant now. I'm without a working computer and art programs. I'll be back one day :)
Artistic Drivers
My artistic goals are mostly to fullfill that part of me which needs to create - to learn more about the art within me and to broaden my scope and appreciation of other peoples artistic ruminations, insights, tastes.
Please make yourself welcome and browse through my gallery. You will find fractals, photos, Bryce renderings and photoshop manipulations. I hope there is something you will enjoy!!
I also have a gallery at http://fyreflye.deviantart.com

This time, it is overexposured, and the main object, the rose, is very little in size in front of a large out-of-focus area. Because of overexposure the green of the leaves faded. You can do a postwork by increasing the saturation and the contrast a little bit and diminish the brightness. But in this case, you could loose some softness...keep shooting !

hehehe, yes, another very bright and sunny day! I will try your suggestion and see what differences it creates! Thank you :) This little flower bud caused me to take many, many pictures on overcast and sunny days. For some reason it didn't want to be captured at all. This was the best of about a dozen attempts! I also found getting the right angle for the star effect was a challenge.
