My name is Tara, and I was born and raised in Washington State.
In 2010 I married Bill (bmac62) and retired ... two of the best choices I ever made! :)
In March, 2013, we sold our home in Washington and went on the road in our RV full time. What a blast! There is so much world out there to see!
After traveling around the West for a few years, we got rid of the motorhome and are now spending winters in deep-south Texas and summers in Washington State. Spring and fall finds us visiting whichever place strikes our fancy at the time!
If I’m missing from Renderosity from time to time, I’m busy having fun elsewhere.
Thanks for your interest in my work, and for stopping by to learn more about me!

Fantastic poem. My favorite thing in the fall when I was a kid was all the leaves. And jumping in a pile of leaves was the best.

Excellent! If I was still teaching I could use your poem as a source for multiple interpretations of a word, which is something my pupils found tricky!

Really wonderful prose, Tara! And of course, Fall is my favorite time of year - perfect for visiting with good friends! :-D
