Description
Members of a high school marching band relaxing prior to their appearance on Le boulevard, captured 10/18/14.
Several bands participated in this event, drawing thousands of viewers. I must have photographed all of the marchers.
And, I paid the price. Standing, squatting, bending and maneuvering on concrete for about three hours left my antiquated body hors de combat.

We don't see many parades this time of the year.... actually none that I can think of. The weather is often too poor or unpredictable that you won't see anything until the St. Patrick's Day parade in early spring. Though the weather isn't often very favorable for it either. Wonderful capture of the young gentlemen in the vibrant uniforms.

I like the way all the big horns are group together. hope your body get back together soon. i know my back was hurting for two days now as i relies that I did not move in bed at all two nights ago and now my body hurts. I ok after i take pain killers. but i still feel it if I move wrong

I don't think I've seen a parade in decades! I'm not good with crowds, and I avoid traffic and parking crunches whenever possible. Excellent group photo, Harry, with the beautiful bright blue uniforms and shiny brass tubas, very well done!

Feeling the aches afterwards, I know the feeling mate.. Legends is a 11 hour photo fest! Barely sitting down.. The price we pay huh? Nice shot, great colours, I look forward to seeing more Rob
