How do you know all these flower names??? And their habitats and variations, etc. (I don't know ANY of that!) This shot is like a chilled dessert. It's edible. The water droplets make it seem like it came from a very fresh fruit bowl (or a very fresh-ingredient punch). The blooms in the background---left---are little echoes of this flower, even though I'm not sure they're anywhere near the same flower. But the rose is a chilled fragile hidden treasure, ready to open. Zoomed it's quite imposing. A very magical shot. Delicious to look at...
