Last Sunday we had the kitchen cleaning on the agenda.Ute and myself been very busy.
I recovered very well from my “breakdown”,but the last couple of days I am sleeping only just a little bit 3-4 hours a night,and during the day I sometimes feel like beeing on “Amphetamine-speed”,i remember that crap from years ago but I did not used any speed since the early 80s.I will ask for another appointment with my house doctor on tuesday to have a general speech.usually I only go and see a doc ,unless if I have to,urgency or something,but I guess this time its better to go before "the fecal matter hits the air moving device" (lol @ faemike he thaught me this verbal highlight).
I will now do my comments and spend the time in my “Spackoworld”abd pout it to good use.(i had already a cup of coffee)
I have quit smoking “Pot” 5 weeks ago with no problem.,but the nikotine-not-smoking did not turned out to well. I give it another serious try sunday evening,i have to plan such things,if it does not works out this time I go and look for help,i think I deserve also to use the social security,i have enough working years on my profile.I always hesitated to take cures,or other special treatments as not to suck on the social security,but when I see literally a couple of billion people sucking the institutions empty,well I take my well deserved share.
Now time to relax.we wish everybody a nice day.
Ps the photo on the wall is Ute and me in Las Vegas 2011 for our 25th wedding anniversary-love ya hon.we spend a fantastic time there with PSDuck/Allen Mixson and his late wife,and also with Cheryl/clbsmiley and her hubby our dear friend Bill,who left us way too early.

If that is Ute at the table eating while you did the mopping then Ute should have a pat on the back , she is smart ! :) I feel the same about using my pension but when you need help then use it! I'm praying for you about quitting the nicotine, you can do it this time !!!

Great scene you've created, Rene! the way I quit was to 'roll my own' and just slow down on when I smoked and when I got to 5 ciggies a day I said the heck with it and stopped there. I tried one just a couple weeks ago and thought my lungs were going to come out and strangle me... hang in there my friend.

heheheh,i have been rolling my own for 30 years,i could take an order on the phone at work, with the phone between my neck and shoulder and roll with the other 1 1/2 hands lol.thanks for the advice mike but i have been there for too long,yet i do it this time and if only to prove myself that i am not a "p***y"lol.

Well I ain't gonna hug you Doc, mentally of not. Sorry to hear you've had a bad time up "north" and hope you'll be heading "south" again with your outlook soon. Yeah, your right - a lot of people take which is why our national health service is going down the pan. It is good to remember the November mob too, not as cool as the March mob, but hey ...... :()

i do have my pension no sweat there,i was maybe misspelling about social security ,i meant the sickness insurance from the social pack.in the future i am going to get kinesist-therapy,and massages (maybe even a couple of good blows)lol- at their expense. i will take my share believe me,and i know how to count numbers.numbers where always my favor,i always managed the financial side,and was always "secured"on that point,something my old man thaught me -he said whatever you do in life,make sure you are "insured".
