Description
I watched this girl for about an hour. She was pretending to sleep. She would smell the flower, then wash her paws and stretch. All the while watching me to see if I had a treat. As all cats do, she was never open about the watching. As beautiful as she is, I know what kind of damage that big paw could do. That paw is one of many reasons wild animals are not pets. They are so beautiful in their own that I can't imagine putting one in a small cage and calling it an "exotic pet".

I fully agree with you about the 'exotic pet' routine. it is disgraceful and cruel. She is very beautiful and extremely dangerous. Great capture and delightful narrative thanks for sharing

Nice to see you have time to post again! I'm surprised she let you get so close. All of a sudden, a part of you can be a snack! Beautiful photo - except for the color she could be my Kitty. Kitty can lie on the floor and then suddenly leap at me with claws out and mouth partly open. I don't know which is worse, the claws or the teeth. When she yaws, MY, those incisors are LONG! You're really doing a great job with the camera. Yes, there may be more to learn, but what you're showing here is great work! I do hope you have time to post more. For my part, I have little time and am very tired (continued squabbling at work). Keep them coming! :-)
