Description

Thank you all for your help regarding skin and lighting techniques. I see much improvement with every render I do. I plan to do one or two more skin renders, and then try to move on to eyes. Your continued help, and opinions are so greatly appreciated. I used the HDR filter on this render and saw great improvements in detail. I may adjust all of my renders with the filter.

Improving images seems to be a never-ending process! You change one thing to improve a certain aspect of the image, and that causes problems with something else, etc... ad infinitum! To me her skin (especially belly and thighs) looks rather blotchy and a bit too yellow on this image. Also you seem to have a lot of highlight and a lot of shadow, but not much mid-tone. But that's just my personal opinion as always! :)
