Description
Your critique and comments are greatly appreciated. I've looked at the model face for so long, I don't trust my judgment on correctness.
Comments.
Model - I'm glad I could see the detail in the skin. The model has a fever blister, and it SHINES. The lips came out purple for some reason. not sure why. For specular maps - too much "Pop", and your skin may appear shiny AND ashy. As if the model's skin needs of moisturizer. I like the sweaty look, but not the dry look.
Organic Materials in DazStudio Lux-
It would appear that if you keep your settings for specularity color between 25/25/25 and 50/50/50, glossiness between 7000 and 9000 you will get some level of organic effect. Lower - you get clothy, Higher- you get plastic.
Eye Whites and Cornea-
Simple glass for works fine for me for the cornea. For EyeWhites, the 25/25/25, 9000 seem to work well. Iris and pupil dont seem to require much work. I am concerned that the eyes in this model are very dark, but not nearly as dark as they rendered. Perhaps the glass material is too thick? Or maybe I need to play around with the IOR.
Hair -
I have no absolutely no idea. Highlights seem to go from barely there, to entire strands turn white. Results may have little to do with your settings and more to do the the model and textures. I have no idea.
Bump-
If you keep your adjustments to +- .010, I think you can pretty much go crazy with the percentage. I haven't noticed much change with testing.
I will add more comments as I learn more.

Fantastic image, Great expression, textures and render. My only comment is that if you are going for realism, I have found that black hair looks better if darker(turn down Diffusion). Excellent work.

Her skin's getting better and better. Lips - is the diffuse colour set to something other than white? Many MAT poses (or whatever) apply the head texture, which already has correctly coloured lips, and set a pink/red/purple diffuse colour. Hair - you could try a DIY bump/displacement map for the hair. If the strands on the hair texture images all run in the same direction then it's quite easy. in GIMP/Photoshop/etc just create some random noise, desaturate it, and use some motion blur so you get random lines in various shades of grey. Then play with bump/displacement and specularity values
