All five new employees are hired at the same six figure salary. They set up an incentive program for profitable new ideas and calculate appropriate bonuses for their performance. All five men show initiative, keen intelligence and are highly motived to promote the objectives of the trust. With this in mind, one of them displays his abilities at finance and provides great returns on investments with his ability to predict trends in business. Another one has an inventive mind and begins to develop software that revolutionizes some sectors of the internet. Huge returns are beginning to pour in from his skills. Another one has organized the trust fund so they are able to make sure all the areas of society they want to help get help when they need it and that it gets to the right people and isn't lost in administrative fees. Another one has a legal background and keeps track of any legal areas they run up against and keeps all the tees crossed and the eyes dotted. The last one is fluent in several languages and is skilled with handling people. He is a very shrewd negotiator and has handled many sticky new contracts for the trust. Skylar and Reed are awestruck at the might power they have assembled in these five employees. When they had gotten their windfall in New Orleans, they never thought it could do all the good it is beginning to do now. They are learning a great deal from these five men and are amazed at how much they have improved as individuals. With this team in place, the world seems to be their oyster. And of course, we must include Jessie Arrowhead in this mix. Not only is he a friend and mentor to Reed and Skylar, they have kept him on in the trust as well. He attends many of their meetings either in person or via the video link. He has helped them with many of their initial contacts locally and also shown them many additional areas of need for the trust to assist with.
