Beautiful picture!! Art????? I think is not an important question !! Prague remember me a trip of 1989 ( in Berlin there were still the wall ) And a photo exhibition I with my photoclub have done here. An exciting experience !!!!

Excellent photo of a lovely alley that has been sadly defaced; I call this example grafitti, not art. This senseless tagging is so sad!

Great Scott, they have graffiti artists in the Czech Republic? I thought everything was supposed to be neat and clean over there. In any case, a very interesting and eye opening capture of what I call vandalism, no matter the culture, Jean.

You drew passion in the comments! Well, there is definitely beautiful graffiti in the world, but this isn't an example of it. With Andrea, it's "scribble". But as a photograph, it's wonderful. You've got a cloistered intense shot of a narrow, tight street; and there's all this visual madness on one side (the graffiti)---it makes a smashing picture, giving a modern wildness to this old beautiful Eastern European street. A little sky at the top of the shot shows us the "rest of the world"...but this is about a tight, private street, alit with vandalism. (The old Vandals, who helped overthrow Rome, were a violent lot. But this must be their kindly ancestors...whose only unkindness is to draw some silly drawings on a wall.) I love the shot---you gave those vandals a wonderful presentation.

Regardless of the graffiti, I like this image a lot. There is something to the ligth and colour, but I can't quite tell what it is.
