Amazing surrealism Duncan. Belle image.

Interesting composition. The ground effect intrigues me, and contributes to the surreal, dream-like symbology of the piece.

Fine surreal vision. Worlds combine...A fish out of water, a big wonderful mushroom both in and out of water, that egg as a water lily or coffee table or reflector for the cosmos above...some bent soda cans, an old chair clearly sitting on the surface of the water, and that strange mechanical woman---a mannequin with metal meshwork inside, maybe an AI creation...all topped by a crystal clear sky and an apparition of Saturn w/ its rings. With a big bird contemplating the yoke...this brings Magritte to mind, and Dali, though it's your own vision. And you use the reflectivity of the water very effectively. ALso, the woman is in a somewhat of a crucifixion pose, suggesting surrender; and actually she looks like she's the central force embracing the whole scene. The bird studies the yoke as if the secrets of the cosmos were in it. Wonderfully articulated and conceived. And that thing back there---sunken and dark, behind the tree---I don't know what it is, but it belongs there somehow...

Very Dali and that egg won't hatch. I like how the rings of Saturn pulled my eyes into the depth of this creation!
