Description
Events of the past few days, with titanic lake-effect snows blanketing the favored Lake Erie and Lake Ontario snow belts with over FIVE FEET of snow, might lend some credence to the somewhat hyperbolic and hysterical prognostications of The Farmer’s Almanac and a number of the private forecasting services. They have been virtually unanimous in predicting a brutal, cold, snowy winter for the American Midwest and Northeast, something of a repeat of last winter’s spectacle.
What do I say to all that? BRING IT ON!!! The most magnificent of seasons becomes all the more enjoyable with feet of snow on the ground, temps struggling to reach the teens, and more frozen precip in the forecast!
All models either Bryce5 or Wings3d originals with some postwork in PSP8. Thanks for takin’ a peek, and THINK SNOW!

The upper part of the render is really beautiful. But the lower part has hardly any differentiation, which is a pity, I think. Maybe you can redo it with a little bit different light to bring out more detail towards the bottom. I love the name on the gondola!

Awesome work. I like it just the way it is. Anything in the foreground would draw the eye away from the spectacular mountains you created in the distance. Nice Job

Fabulous scene! I hate snow, cold and the heating bills. You can have my share.

Nope, I like the washed out foreground just the way it is. I've seen snow look like that plenty of times. It can make walking in it treacherous.
