The colors in the turkey are wonderful, and the way they morph from dark to light (going down). You use peach/light rouge hues in the tail, which is nice contrast to the deeper hues of the body. And a strong yellow for contrast, and orange corners...There's your color sense again: You really have a strong sense of color, and color contrast. Really, the design of the turkey is sweet (the overlay of forms, something I also worked with in my pro days, so I can get excited by them when they're chosen well). And the smaller text is, I think, exactly from one of the bands on the turkey. It's close, at least. I've seen this with your signatures---ie, how you coordinate them with some dominant hue in the work. All good choices here. And I hope your holiday was good. (Hope you could eat some of the food...hope you didn't have to sit there chewing on celery while everyone else was snarfing down turkey and stuffing!) NIce how you always do a card for us, for each holiday that rolls along...
