Description
Captured at the ideal moment in the very early morning, 11/24/14, less than a mile from my caustic condo.
Have a festive Thanksgiving today, and a fruitful gift-buying Black Friday tomorrow.
Adios.

This is a great shot.

The tree itself has a most interesting shape, with those "spare tires" around his lower bits, and the shadow has done its liquid best to roll right up and over the bark; well seen, Harry, what a great shadow find with those pinstripes! Excellent shot!

These are some super cool shadows, Harry.

Nice catch Harry! As they say in real estate, it's all about location, location, location. Both fence and tree were in their proper spots, and fortunately so was the sun in order to create this at that moment in time. Very nice, and very unique when you think about the big picture.

Your "caustic condo"? Lol, I don't think I've heard that one before! (Like it's got poison gases around it---beware!) Another piece of minimalist eye candy from you. The light-stripes give us all this pic needs to become an abstract photo. And the contrasts of dark sections with light (strong) make it look a like a strange animal, with stripes. You've got white-out light at the top, which gives strong contrast to the darks below. And the angle lets us view this from an angle that's opposite the light-lines. It's just a fine shot, Harry, just the right amount of 'stuff', and a fine abstract. Also, the tree looks a little like a face with a double chin. I'd see this and walk by. You see it and it it's an abstract art piece. Kudos.
