I'm retired, but so busy I haven't posted anything in a while. When do work, I mostly use Carrara 8.5 Pro and Daz Studio for composition and rendering, and Fireworks and Photoshop for postwork and textures. I'm more a storyteller than an artist: I like scenes that tell a story -- or strongly suggest one.
I live in Sacramento, California USA with my wife. Kids are grown and gone, so we volunteer at our church, and travel as much as time and wallet will allow!
I REALLY appreciate the many great artists here who have been SO wonderful with their encouragement and pointers. PLEASE comment or just say "Hi". I appreciate your words good or bad: It energizes me, grows me - and keeps me going.

The background is the old Daz Multiplane Cyclorama. Yeah, it's a bit dated, but it still works well in some situations. The original Cyclorama and add-on planes are kinda difficult to find in the Daz shop, but they're still in there.

Larry, you did a great job in presenting the re-make of this character in such a dramatic fashion. Hope you get feeling better soon, my friend.

Great character - where you said that he has your own body, you must work out more than it looks! The background works well here too.

Um, OK, thanks for the complement I guess. For the record, I've NEVER looked that good LOL! Of course, what I meant to say was that I dialed up morphs for the look of his body and face. Kinda sad for a supposed writer to not have better command of the language LOL!
