Description
Well the results are in..... I have pancreatic cancer :-( Early stages, so operable)...The operation will be early in the New Year, in the mean time, I'm off work and bored. I have to stay 'fit' and so have taken to walking for a couple of hours a day with my camera. Down by the River Mersey is a favourite, only 10 minutes from home and the promenade offers as many miles as I feel like walking ( bloody freezing today but dry ). You can tell Winter is here, not a particularly high tide and only a gentle breeze but the waves are starting to pound the sea wall. I'll be trying to time my walks to coincide with high tide as it can get quite spectacular as the tides get higher. Thanks for all the comments and good wishes of late, trying times but it really helps to have so many good friends out there rooting for me......

Fabulous photo! Wish the news on you health had been better. At least you got it early and they can do something. I'll keep you in my thoughts and put in a good word with whatever powers I can summon. Don't fall in the River!

If they got it early then GREAT!!! I am a firm believer in keeping a positive attitude so anything we as fellow artists and human beings can do for you just ask. As for me, I will continue to post as many images of naked women and airplanes as I can to keep up your spirits. Hang in their Neil.

Yeah get out there and enjoy yourself. (You will be too cold to think about anything other than if you have frostbite or not.) Borrow a dog, they can help! though it's best you ask the owners permission first. Keep busy get some modelling done, and the op will be over before you know it. Remember too we are all rooting for you.

Wishing you all the best Neil, good news that it is operable.

Aw, Neil! At least it's early in its growth, but I still want it gone for good! After surgery I'm quite sure you will have chemotherapy to catch any buggers trying to hide. Possibly also radiation therapy. Both can make one feel nauseous, BUT, they get at the bastard cancer cells in hiding. So if the cure feels a bit bad, just think of how the buggers must be feeling, croaking under the onslaught! An onslaught that may inspire a lot of new images! Am keeping you in my prayers! God bless! :-)

I will be praying for you. Have you heard of Rick Simpson Oil, or Phoenix Tears? It is cannabis oil ingested orally and is gaining a huge following of folks who successfully cured their cancers.
