Description

Now that the leaves are down, the big oak next door shows a great silhouette against the sky. I love the long-legged figure, who just needs a head. I may one day draw one on, but this photo has no postwork at all.

I really like the designs made by bare branches. I can see a face made by the larger branches here. Two eyes at the top and a wide cartoon smile.

zoomed, this really dominates. The utter black twisted forms are a whole scene from a play, with twisted plot lines, arguments, etc. Lovely stuff, and in the right light for this kind of shot. I do see the treemen, and a lot of other things too (very suggestive forms). And the light is moody and mysterious. You always find the music in your own backyard. Fine silhouette shot, Andrea.
