A lovely group, and a pretty colour.

Very neat natural arrangement these tiny guys put themselves into! Really like the background as well! It seems ever so neutral and earth-tone!

Beautiful close-up.

A beautiful family on an outing

They almost look like apple slices; so many different types of fungus in the world!

Great shot of the fungi contrasted against that multitextured ground cover. A mushroom it is, but, as MrsRatbag suggested, it also looks like the freshly sliced sections of an apple, just before they oxidize.

Coming up to date in your gallery, I'm getting a big tour of mushrooms! I so rarely see them in the city...Your light on these makes them like natural light light-bulbs, or illuminated slabs of butter, or little night lights for the forest floor. Big eye popping illumination, Claude. And the surrounding is lit, I assume by you (in postwork if not with the camera), to make it electric. You don't leave anything out in your work, you address all parts of a picture; here that background is popping...A real Claude shot, everything is alive and visually dancing. And those mushrooms---they're like mushrooms that have found their inner light and shared it with the world. Beautiful.
