Description

She probably needs it to pay for parking! ------ -------- ------------- Playing with my new toy: KeyShotHD. It's an unbiased renderer with a fantastic workflow, materials system and an interface that's a joy to work in. I start out in Carrara to do setup, poses, and basic camera framing. Then it's out to KeyShot via .3ds file export where I do the lighting and shading. The viewport isn't real time, but it's freakin' fast. You get feedback in 2-3 seconds and if you let it run for a minute you get output that looks like LuxRender ran for 40 minutes. This one took about 12 minutes on my machine. I need to work on the skin shaders and I don't think I have the perspective/scaling quite right, but not bad for a first try... The car is the DAZ Supercar SR8 which looks suspiciously enough like an Audi R8. The intimidating figure in the outrageous catsuit is Gia from DAZ. The HDRI backplate and lighting is bundled with Keyshot. Other props and accessories are from DAZ or rDNA. Well, off to catch up on the galleries. Thanks for having a look and hope you like the render! I'm a sucker for a fine catsuit and that's definitely one of the finest!

Awesome work for playin around. You will be a pro in no time, I'd say. LOL the cat suite really takes one's eyes away from her sassy expression ! Think she really means business with that pistol on her hip. My husband and I do fractal work mostly. How-ever hubby dabbles in photography once in awhile. Both of us enjoy this hobby like you. By the way your Gallery has awesome work ! Merry Christmas to you and your family.

This is an excellent render! I really like the depth of the parking! The lighting is superb and very realistic! The skin shaders are a bit rough, but I am sure you will iron them out!

The only thing that stands out is the skin shaders, the integration with the backplate is very well done...I was thinking you had branched off into photography when I saw the thumbnail...excellent work!
