Poor horse is parked in a no parking zone. The next picture up might be a tow truck dragging the poor horse down the road? Great shot of a disappearing mode of transport.

Excellent shot, but I hate what the owners do. Often, not all, they don't give them enough water and they work them to death. That's what Black Beauty was about. Her protest against the way carriage horses were treated in England.
