You had recently posted a Fractal, which reminded me so much of this beautiful Strelitzia (from my garden, no - it usually doesn't come with postwork ;P ) but that is the clue, for todays post ... I hope you will like my 'Bird of Paradise' - homegrown is best, you know :)) and because it's your Birthday Anniversary JACOMINA, some call you MIES, you listen and answer to all of them !
That is the type of person you are, my friend, always listen and always with a smile on your face, which we have all experienced here, because it shines so bright and reflects in your art.
Thank you very much for the kind words, you have for everybody - you are a joy to know ...and I like to wish you all you can hope for, especially good health ...

I always love your postwork, Brigitte, and this looks like a big, very observant bird's-head with a big orange-gold mane. Love that hue. I also like how you've broken the surfaces into these colonies of different hues...and parts of the flower look like antennae checking out the cosmos. Expressive and always playful, like so many of your postworks are, it's a big shining give for Jacomina who, according to everyone I know who knows her, is everything you say. A terrific lady and artist! Happy Birthday, Jacomina! A very bright, striking dedi, Brigitte, and it's always good to see you here whenever you can come around.

Oh, dear Brigitte, what a very special picture, in the first place. But what is at the top of my feelings which are called upon by the sight of this, more than beautiful flower, is the name : Bird of Paradise. Yes, I wish with all my heart indeed, ever be allowed to be a bird in God's paradise; and therefore you have "I think intuitively sensed", my deepest desire. I think I will always admire this amazing photo and dedication of you, my dear friend. From the bottom of my heart, my gratitude, to remind me to the purpose that I so desperately wants to keep in mind, but sometimes all the difficulties makes, still forgets.
