Nice festive collection. I always have a hard time picturing the Christmas season without snow or cold temperatures. This year was very odd as we had very abnormally warm temps; in the 50's for Christmas eve. It was nice not needing gloves, a coat, and boots; and much nicer not having to scrape icy windshields or brushing snow off of the car as we departed to visits friends on Christmas eve; but it allowed me to see it can still be the same holiday without the snow and cold.

I love that you're capturing these big cartoony warner-brothers-like figures for Christmas, giving tastes of the Looney Tunes and others. I love your choices here...the top one has contrasts, the santa is almost daygo red and blue (with some green). (And you've lined his torso with the divide in the house--I mean, can't overlook composition, even with a big dopey santa!) The next 3 are snowmen, with one guy standing on a bendh! What a silly find---delightful. I like all the stuff around him. The next one has a more grainy quality (with sharpness and highlights), which suits the wire reindeer and the snowman's fuzzy surface. Like he's wearing white camel hair. Lots of high-key there, which I really like (incl in the plants behind...without the santa, this could be a fine shot of architecture and lawn). Not sure if the next one's female or just has long earflaps, but a bright capture with a stark snowman and palm trees. (Re HopeFadesEternal: I understand the comment, coming from arctic Chicago winters; but the Gospels unfold in the Middle East, where snow was rare. So this is actually a more "realistic" setting---though there weren't a lotta snowmen in the New Testament, I'll grant you.) And finally---because you're in LA, Mickey Mouse! Great end to the sequence---why not: it's supposed to be about joy, right? It's also another nicely composed shot. I think these are delightful, and I'm really happy to see these alongside the more serious offerings (I didn't get much playfulness in mine, that's for sure)...and any Christmas sequence which ends in Mickey Mouse has gotta be good for the child in us all. Love the collection.

Wow, all the inflatables down here are flat during the day, and only blow up at night! That's different for sure! What a wonderful bunch of holiday cheer you've captured, especially considering it isn't your holiday...well done you!!!
