Description

I took this a little bit down the road from the Rogue River Gorge, along what's called the Natural Bridge trail. As the already powerful Rogue is forced into very narrow channels between the volcanic rock river banks, it churns & swirls dramatically. It also is diverted into lava tubes at some points & then re-emerges There's a small footbridge in the distance that you can see if you look carefully... Please zoom.

So lovely, the colour of the water is marvelous. And I see that pretty little bridge. Great POV for this shot!

Sterling POV, composition and forested ambiance in this shot of the gorge with its very dangerous agitated river.

Yes, in zoom that bridge is very visible; and beautiful back there, too. Lots of life on the banks, shimmering in your handling of the shot. And everything kind of converges in the big blanketed background, where it looks as if the river stops---even though we can see that it doesn't. I'm going to have to look up "lava tubes," that term is new to me. Ok, I just looked it up: Amazing. I didn't even know what they were. So much going on in places like this. Anyway, a very rushing shot; and with tara, I can imagine the sound.
