Description

Poser, Photoshop --- Hello, and thank you so much for viewing my work. This is the final result of a lighting tutorial I recently made and posted at deviantART, with some tweaks to the hair material. The only postwork is touching up the hair. I use Poser Pro 2014 and Firefly in the tutorial, but the basic principles should work in any renderer. I used Elle Nude 1a by jagged-eye as a reference. I hope you find the tutorial useful! Credits: Miki4 by Smith Micro Lizette Hair for V4 by Lady Littlefox (RDNA)

The hair steals the show, KobaltKween. As you must have known, your lighting plays the key supporting role to this interesting scene - one has to look again and again at this intriguing creature, something about here begs another look - but the hair, like water, give the scene depth and feeling. I know: awkward description, but I fail to think of another way of saying it. Your images never cease to evoke curiosity: "what is the story, here?" is always the question, unanswered.

Totally agree with Robyn, the hair was beautifully done, it follows the physics of movement, I also love the lighting and shadows, as well as simplicity and minimalism.
