With your postwork,these branches are so bare that there appears that there is nothing left but the outline.I like what you have done.

A very liquid feel to this as if we are looking down on a river delta. As for the lime tree, under your hand it becomes a beautiful ink on paper work of art. I like both images.

I have so much catching up to do (but I'm almost done packing, too!) and I know that I'll eventually catch up. But this is a great place to start, as this is such a wonderful image. It makes me think of so many different things, none the least of which is rivers...lots and lots of complicated rivers...a whole world of rivers..."Riverworld"? Is there a story seed lurking in this image? I'll know a bit later. The contrasts are great and I agree that this recalls, in delicate ways, an antique Japanese woodcut, and what's not to like about that? This is simply marvelous.
