I like it, but the bird & prey look a lot better in Poser.

As much as I admire your Vue images, I confess I prefer the Poser version.

both are quite nice, that's the main thing. When looking at the tiny details, in the Vue version the brightness and sharpness of the bird+mouse is not matching those for the surrounding grounds giving the image a slight artificial look. In the Poser version, there is no closely surrounding ground, but the DoF / focal blur effect seems a bit too strong to my taste. Usually, shooting a bird+prey in ways like this requires quite a long lens or a large distance and magnification. Long lenses flatten the image noticeably (which I don't see happening) while large distances + magnification hardly will show DoF effects. So, the Poser image is better due to the way object and background are merged, but real camera shots will produce different results. Just my 2ct, on improving those nice renders even more. Thanks for showing.

Sorry, I prefer the Vue version; I find the animals better integrated in the landscape (even less sharp). That's the advantage of Vue, in which you can easily upload what you want, and also easily play with the lights. It seems more difficult to make a good balance of lights in Poser. But why is this image so grainy? Did yout want it?
