Another capture of sheer rosy perfection, Harry; the rich colour and fine texture are very appealing, and while we don't yet have scented captures I'll bet this one smelled wonderful. Fantastic lighting and detail on this great shot!

Another beautiful rose. There must be a lot of wonderful gardeners in your community. Beautiful photo!

Some superlative comments, and all deserved. Another sensual billowing rose capture from you, another solo shot with total rose-ness. I even like how there's green in one corner and dark brown in the other. But the rose is the thing, and the whites on the outer petals, contrasted with all that unfurling pink is just sumptuous. Terrific work and solo portrait. And it's framed by its background beautifully. This series never wanes---302 images, and it hasn't waned once. Beautiful work all around. (I'm at 12 images now, I think, so I'll stop for today. And thank you again for your caring and terrific comments in my gallery, I appreciate them all. And yes, I was afraid too that they'd find me in late spring, thawed out under an old piece of ice. I wasn't near the water in those shots, but I sure was on tremulous ground. But considering the positions you've put yourself into to get a shot, I'm sure you know it well. Thanks again. Terrific work here, as always.)
