One of the things so compelling about this is the way the ship is partially eaten in shadow, so we see very clear sections next to totally hidden sections. It's there by suggestion as much as actual reality. And the bright planet on the left---reddish, Mars-like---is fine contrast to all that black and blue and green. The shuttlepod stands out nicely too, in a very bright blue. And you've place stars and other things (including another planet) with lots of space between, to give the image openness while it's filled with some commanding objects. I really like the play of deep shadows with bright hues, here. More fine exploration from you in this wonderful Mixed Medium period of yours.
