Success! I was trying like mad for two hours to get the sea-foam effect that 0Ger0 uses. Wow - I learned about 6 other techniques with plugins along the way. I changed the sky and sea colors, because 0Ger0's awesome combination of sky and water should be his style and his alone.

a little higher reflectivity in the water (like ger uses) might help. nice surface overlay!
